This Geotechnical Associate Director role will be based near Crawley and will play a key part in leading geotechnical projects, managing client relationships, mentoring engineers and supporting wider business growth.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage geotechnical engineering projects
- Oversee site investigations, reporting and technical reviews
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements to be considered:
- Significant UK geotechnical engineering experience
- Strong technical and commercial awareness
