Duties include:
- Assist on a range of residential and commercial projects
- Prepare and submit building regulation and planning application
- Help deliver projects from inception through to completion
- Carry out site visits and ensure technical compliance is achieved
Skills and experience required:
- Degree within Architectural Technology
- Relevant post qualification experience within a relevant role is desirable
- Proficiency with Revit
- Good knowledge of UK building regulations
- Good technical and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Coventry area
