I am currently seeking Civil Engineer with experience in the current design of highways and drainage for residential developments, including external levels and plot drainage design. Our client is based in Swansea, with good accessibility from the train station the office is made up of a friendly and expert team of Engineers and Technicians. Our client has a great reputation in South Wales and due to a healthy and forward-thinking workload, they are keen to expand their team.

This role is based in Swansea but for the right person they can offer a hybrid role with a few days working from home each week.

Requirements for this Civil Engineer include:

• Have gained a degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum of 2-3 years\’ design office experience
• Ability to complete designs with the support of senior engineers
• Experience in site appraisals and drainage feasibility studies
• Knowledge and understanding of Flood Risk Assessments
• Strong working knowledge of Section 38 & Section 104 submissions and approval processes
• Experience with LLFA in England and SAB within Wales
• Proficient in Civils 3D and Microdrainage design software
