This London role offers specialist work across water and wastewater infrastructure, combining hydraulic analysis with practical engineering design within a smaller, growing consultancy.

The Opportunity

A growing engineering consultancy is looking for a Civil Engineer - Hydraulics to support water and wastewater infrastructure projects. You will work across hydraulic design, modelling and analysis, using engineering data to develop practical solutions alongside multidisciplinary design teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake hydraulic design, modelling and analysis
  • Support water, wastewater, pipeline and drainage network projects
  • Prepare calculations, technical reports, specifications and design documentation
  • Interpret modelling results and engineering data to develop practical solutions
  • Work alongside multidisciplinary engineering teams
  • Ensure designs comply with BMS, CDM and relevant industry standards
  • Support project delivery and communicate with clients and stakeholders

Candidate Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
  • Experience in hydraulic design or analysis
  • Understanding of pipelines, drainage networks and water infrastructure
  • Experience with hydraulic modelling and engineering design software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Commitment to professional development and Chartership
