An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Account Manager to join a rapidly growing organisation within the water hygiene and compliance sector. This role is ideal for a driven professional who can build strong relationships, manage a medium-sized client base, and support business growth across London and the South East.

As an Account Manager, you will take ownership of existing M&E consultant accounts while developing new relationships across the construction and environmental services market. You will negotiate specifications, secure orders, deliver exceptional customer service, and work closely with internal operational, technical, and commercial teams to ensure high-quality delivery. Detailed knowledge of water hygiene, Legionella control, and water treatment solutions is highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio within the M&E consultant market.
  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities.
  • Achieve product specifications and convert them into successful orders.
  • Attend client meetings with consultants, engineers, project managers, and buyers.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close profitable sales.
  • Provide market insight to support service development.
  • Maintain strong understanding of relevant water hygiene regulations (ACoP L8, HSG274, HTM 04-01).
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in account management or business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
