Due to continued growth, they are expanding their acoustics and audio division and are seeking an Acoustics Sales Manager to lead its commercial development across the UK, with future expansion into European markets.
This is a standout opportunity to take ownership of a high-growth division within an ambitious business. You will work with major brands across the marquee, events and hospitality sectors, shaping sales strategy and influencing long-term direction as part of a five-year growth plan.
The Role
You will drive the sales strategy for the acoustics division, generating new business while strengthening existing partnerships. Key responsibilities include:
- Winning new business across wedding, live-event, hospitality and leisure markets
- Building relationships with consultants, clients and structure providers
- Preparing quotations, proposals and delivering product demonstrations
- Advising customers on acoustic system design and mitigation solutions
- Supporting pre-sales surveys and site assessments
- Working with marketing on targeted campaigns
- Managing pipeline activity via CRM systems
- Representing the company at trade shows and industry events
- Providing market insight to support product development
About You
You are commercially driven, technically credible and comfortable operating in a client-facing sales role. You will have:
- Experience in technical sales within acoustics, AV or live-events
- IOA Diploma in Acoustics and Noise Control
- Strong understanding of acoustic principles and UK noise regulations
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- A proactive, target-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage your pipeline
- Willingness to travel across the UK, with occasional overseas travel
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable: DSP platform experience (e.g. Symetrix)
