An established multidisciplinary consultancy is looking to appoint an Associate Architect to join its growing Chester team. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented and ambitious Architect ready to take the next step into a senior leadership position within a collaborative and forward-thinking practice. The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of diverse projects across sectors including education, commercial, leisure and institutional.

The role:
- Leading the delivery of projects across multiple sectors
- Overseeing both design development and technical delivery stages
- Managing client relationships and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
- Reviewing and producing technical drawings, specifications and project information
- Presenting concepts and project updates to clients and stakeholders
- Supporting business growth and mentoring junior team members
- Maintaining high standards of design quality and technical delivery throughout all project stages
Requirements for the Associate Architect role:
- ARB registered Architect with extensive post-Part III experience
- Strong background working across all RIBA work stages
- Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of UK Building Regulations
- Proven leadership and project management experience
- High proficiency in Revit and technical detailing
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Commercially aware with a proactive and career-focused mindset
