An established multidisciplinary consultancy is looking to appoint an Associate Architect to join its growing Chester team. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented and ambitious Architect ready to take the next step into a senior leadership position within a collaborative and forward-thinking practice. The role:

  • Leading the delivery of projects across multiple sectors
  • Overseeing both design development and technical delivery stages
  • Managing client relationships and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
  • Reviewing and producing technical drawings, specifications and project information
  • Presenting concepts and project updates to clients and stakeholders
  • Supporting business growth and mentoring junior team members

Requirements for the Associate Architect role:

  • ARB registered Architect with extensive post-Part III experience
  • Strong background working across all RIBA work stages
  • Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of UK Building Regulations
  • Proven leadership and project management experience
  • High proficiency in Revit and technical detailing
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Commercially aware with a proactive and career-focused mindset
  • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative and fast-paced environment
