A well-established multidisciplinary practice is seeking an experienced Associate Architect to join its expanding team in Cheshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and accomplished Architect looking to progress into a senior-level role within a supportive and innovative environment. The role:

  • Managing projects from concept through to completion across a range of sectors
  • Leading both design coordination and technical delivery phases
  • Building and maintaining strong client and consultant relationships
  • Preparing and reviewing technical documentation, drawings and specifications
  • Delivering presentations and project updates to clients and stakeholders
  • Supporting team development and mentoring junior staff members
  • Ensuring projects are delivered to a high design and technical standard throughout all RIBA stages

Requirements for the Associate Architect role:

  • ARB registered Architect with significant post-Part III industry experience
  • Proven experience working across all RIBA work stages
  • Strong technical expertise and knowledge of UK Building Regulations
  • Demonstrated leadership and project coordination skills
  • Proficient in Revit with strong technical detailing ability
  • Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Commercial awareness with a motivated and professional approach
  • Ability to thrive within a collaborative and fast-moving team environment
