This role focuses on designing highways and drainage for residential developments, including external levels, plot drainage, and flood‑risk assessments.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ design office experience.
- Ability to complete designs independently.
- Experience in site appraisals and drainage feasibility studies.
- Knowledge and understanding of Flood Risk Assessments.
- Strong working knowledge of Section 38 & Section 104 submissions and approval processes.
- Experience with LLFA in England and SAB in Wales.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Causeway PDS, and Causeway Flow design software.
