Daily Duties:
- Work across all RIBA stages, from concept design through to technical delivery and construction
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on programme, within budget, and to client expectations
- Lead the interpretation of project briefs and development of design proposals
- Produce and coordinate drawings, plans, reports, specifications, and technical information
- Liaise directly with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
- Manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively
- Oversee project fees and invoicing with administrative support where required
- Undertake site visits and attend project meetings as needed
- Support business development activities and contribute to securing new work
- Promote the practice and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while also leading smaller project teams where appropriate
Ideal Candidate:
- ARB-registered Architect with UK professional qualifications
- Strong design skills supported by excellent technical knowledge
- Proficient in Revit (essential)
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience working within a high-quality, design-focused architectural practice
- Proven ability to manage projects through all RIBA stages
- Experience delivering both large-scale projects and multiple smaller schemes simultaneously
- Strong drawing, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines
- Experience coordinating technical design information and project submissions
- Professional, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality architectural solutions
