They are looking for an experienced and talented Senior Architectural Technologist to join their team in their Canterbury studio.

Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist include:
- Lead on a range of projects from inception through to completion
- Prepare building regulations packages and submit planning applications
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Carry out site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance is achieved
