I'm currently working with a well-established, independent planning consultancy based in Bury St Edmunds that is looking to appoint a Senior Town Planner as part of its continued growth. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced planner who wants real responsibility, client exposure, and the chance to influence projects from strategy through to delivery - all within a supportive and highly respected team.

The Role

You'll be involved in a wide range of planning work across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, taking a leading role on projects and acting as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and delivering planning applications and appeals
  • Providing strategic planning advice to clients
  • Leading on site appraisals and feasibility assessments

About You

  • MRTPI qualified (or working towards with significant experience)
