A leading architecture and property consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Design Team Leader to oversee and develop its established design team based near Bury St Edmunds. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior design professional to take ownership of a busy and growing team, supporting the delivery of a wide range of architectural and rural development projects across the UK. The business works across planning, architecture and property services, delivering creative and commercially focused solutions for rural, agricultural, residential and commercial clients.
The successful candidate will play a key leadership role, managing team performance, overseeing project delivery and helping to drive standards, collaboration and efficiency across the design department.
