The business works across a diverse range of projects and sectors, offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced planner to develop their career while working alongside specialists across planning, environmental, engineering and design disciplines. The RoleAs a Senior Town Planner, you will play a key role in delivering a varied portfolio of planning projects, working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams. Acting as Planning Lead or supporting the Planning Lead on a range of projects. Working across a variety of planning, development and infrastructure projects. Taking responsibility for project management and successful project delivery. Acting as lead consultant on multidisciplinary projects where appropriate. Preparing high-quality planning reports, submissions and technical documentation. Providing support and guidance to junior members of the planning team. Contributing to the continued growth and development of the wider planning team. A relevant degree in Town Planning or a related discipline. Strong experience within planning consultancy or a related environment. Experience across strategic planning and planning policy. An understanding of TCPA, DCO, TWAO or equivalent planning and consenting processes. The confidence to provide planning advice and engage with clients and stakeholders.
