Flood Modeller - Bristol £35,000 - £50,000 + Benefits A leading multidisciplinary consultancy is looking to appoint a Flood Modeller to join their growing water team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for a Flood Risk Engineer or Hydraulic Modeller looking to develop their technical career within a busy consultancy environment. The Role: Undertake 1D and 2D hydraulic modelling using industry-standard software such as Flood Modeller and TUFLOW. Complete flood risk assessments, hydraulic assessments and drainage studies. Analyse hydrological and hydraulic data and interpret modelling results. Prepare technical reports and flood risk documentation. Support flood risk, drainage and water management projects across the UK. Work closely with engineers, planners and other technical specialists.The Candidate: Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Hydrology, Geography or a related discipline. Previous experience in flood risk, hydraulic modelling or drainage. Experience with Flood Modeller, TUFLOW, InfoWorks ICM or similar software. Strong analytical and report-writing skills. Ideally working towards or holding a relevant professional qualification. Full UK driving licence is desirable.What's on Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package.
