A specialist sustainability consultancy based in West London is seeking a BREEAM Consultant to join the team on a range of property and development projects. You will be provided with the opportunity to deliver and expand on BREEAM services and develop BREEAM strategies amongst a team of specialists, providing assessments and advice to clients.
This BREEAM Consultant role offers:

The BREEAM Consultant selected will be carrying out life cycle assessments, environmental assessments and assisting with BREEAM Assessments, providing expert advice to clients. You will be assisting with the modelling of domestic and non-domestic buildings, and contributing to the improvement of existing energy strategies.
To be considered for the BREEAM Assessor role you must therefore:
- Have experience with BREEAM and ideally be a BREEAM Accredited Professional/Assessor
- Be comfortable using IES-VE and OneClickLCA software.
- Have a degree in the sustainability/building services industry.
- Be commutable to West London.
This is a permanent role.
