Your Role:
- Deliver BREEAM assessments across all stages - from pre-assessment to post-construction.
- Work collaboratively with clients, architects, and contractors to meet sustainability objectives.
- Prepare and submit evidence to support BREEAM credits.
- Stay up to date with changing legislation and BREEAM standards.
- Provide sustainability advice and insights to improve environmental performance.
What We're Looking For:
- Licensed BREEAM Assessor with 2-3 years of experience in a consultancy or construction environment.
