A multidisciplinary team specialising in both low carbon consultancy and environmental assessments is seeking a qualified BREEAM assessor to join their team in London. Key Responsibilities:

1. Conducting BREEAM assessments
2. Providing client reports and advice
3. Managing projects from inception to completion
4. Supporting team members with fee proposals
5. Developing BREEAM strategies through participation in design team meetings
6. Delivering technical reports and presentations

Additionally, there will be opportunities to deepen knowledge in areas like sustainability statements, embodied carbon reduction strategies, BREEAM Refurbishment, BREEAM In-Use, Net Zero strategies, and ESG initiatives.

Minimum Requirements:

1. BREEAM Accredited Professional or BREEAM Assessor
2. Experience with LCA & LCC assessments and OneClick software
3. Ideally a member of a professional body (e.g., CIBSE, IMechE, Energy Institute)
4. Sustainability-related degree
5. Ideally experience with Fit-Out, BREEAM Refurbishment, and BREEAM In-Use projects
