Your Responsibilities:
- Manage BREEAM assessments from pre-assessment through to post-construction
- Liaise with clients, design teams, and contractors to ensure sustainability goals are met
- Gather and submit evidence to support BREEAM credit claims
- Stay informed on evolving legislation and BREEAM standards
- Offer expert advice to optimise project sustainability and performance
What We're Looking For:
- Licensed BREEAM Assessor with 2-3 years of relevant experience in a consultancy or construction environment
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Academic or professional background in sustainability, environmental science, engineering, or architecture
- BREEAM AP accreditation is a plus but not essential
- Experience with Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) is highly desirable
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and independently
