About the BREEAM Assessor role:
As part of the sustainability team, you'll be coordinating BREEAM assessments, ensuring building compliance and producing EPCs. You'll also support junior team members and collaborate with clients to ensure projects meet both regulatory and performance targets.
To be considered for the BREEAM Assessor role you must have:
- Proven experience in sustainability consultancy and BREEAM.
- Ideally, be a qualified BREEAM Assessor / AP
- Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live in or near to Manchester.
- Full right to work in the UK.
