An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Geoenvironmental Consultant to join a well-established multidisciplinary consultancy in Birmingham. This role offers the chance to work across a wide range of geoenvironmental and geotechnical projects throughout the UK, supporting major residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure developments.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing projects from initial site investigation through to reporting and client liaison, while also supporting and mentoring junior team members.
The Role- Managing and delivering geoenvironmental and geotechnical projects
- Producing factual and interpretative reports
- Overseeing ground investigations and site works
- Preparing remediation strategies and validation reports
- Client liaison and project management responsibilities
- Mentoring and supporting junior consultants
- Assisting with business development and proposal preparation
- Degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Geotechnical Engineering, or related subject
- Experience within a geoenvironmental or geotechnical consultancy environment
- Strong report writing and project management skills
- Knowledge of contaminated land and ground investigation processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Full UK driving licence
