This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established RIBA chartered practice who provide expert design services to the residential and commercial sector. They are looking for a talented Newly Qualified Architect to manage a range of residential projects for their Birmingham studio.

Duties for the role of Newly Qualified Architect include:

  • Manage and deliver on various residential projects from inception through to completion
  • Carry out site visits to ensure technical compliance and high quality is achieved
  • Liaise alongside clients, contractors and other members of the team
  • Produce detailed drawing packages using Revit and AutoCAD

Skills and experience for the role of Newly Qualified Architect:

  • ARB registered
  • Successfully completed your RIBA Part 3 Qualification experience
  • Strong post RIBA Part 2 qualification experience within a relevant role within a UK practice
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
  • Experience managing projects within the residential sector
  • Housebuilder experience is desirable
  • Job running experience
  • Portfolio that demonstrates strong layout and masterplanning experience
  • Excellent drawing and design skills
