Key Responsibilities
- Produce and develop high-quality MEP BIM models using industry-standard software.
- Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and public health (MEP) services with architectural and structural models.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve design clashes.
- Prepare detailed drawings and construction documentation.
- Ensure models comply with project BIM standards and client requirements.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary design teams throughout all project stages.
- Support continuous improvements to BIM processes and workflows.
About You
- Experience working as an MEP BIM Technician within a consultancy or building services environment.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP.
- Good understanding of BIM Level 2/ISO 19650 standards and BIM coordination processes.
- Experience using Navisworks and other BIM coordination tools is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of building services design and construction.
