We are currently recruiting for an experienced Fire Damper Engineer to join a growing and established team in the West Midlands. Due to an increase in workload and continued company growth, this is an excellent opportunity for an engineer looking for a long-term position with a company that can offer stability and progression.

Duties
- Testing and inspecting fire dampers across commercial and residential sites.
- Carrying out routine fire damper inspections in line with relevant standards and regulations.
- Identifying defects and completing remedial works where required.
- Completing accurate service reports and recording inspection findings.
- Working across a range of client sites throughout the West Midlands and surrounding areas.
- Providing a professional service while maintaining strong health and safety standards.
- Being flexible to work both day and twilight shifts when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Fire Damper Engineer or within a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of fire damper testing, inspection and remedial works.
- Ideally hold knowledge of or a qualification relating to BS 9999:2017.
- Good understanding of health and safety requirements.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Flexibility to work day and twilight shifts.
- Willingness to stay away from home when required.
