  • Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages
  • Ensure high quality delivery of produced drawings

Qualifications and skills

  • Successfully completed your RIBA Part 2 qualification
  • In the process of completing your RIBA Part 3 is desirable
  • Strong post RIBA Part 2 qualification experience within a UK practice
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
  • House builder experience is desirable
  • Job running experience
  • Strong experience working across RIBA stages 0 through 3
  • Excellent drawing and design skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Live within a commutable distance to the Birmingham area
