The Role:
- Lead and develop BIM standards, workflows, and best practice across projects
- Manage BIM coordination and model quality throughout project delivery
- Support project teams with Revit modelling, clash detection and information management
- Produce and review technical drawing packages to a high standard
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and clients to ensure coordinated project delivery
- Mentor and support junior BIM and technical staff
- Drive continuous improvement in digital design processes and BIM implementation
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with UK standards
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced BIM Lead, Senior BIM Technician or Senior Architectural Technician with strong BIM expertise
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, with a thorough understanding of BIM processes and standards
- Previous experience coordinating multidisciplinary projects
- Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead technical teams while remaining hands-on with project delivery
- Experience across RIBA work stages, particularly technical design, and construction
- A proactive team player with a passion for digital innovation and high-quality project delivery
