As a Senior Ecologist, you'll play a key role in delivering ecological input across diverse projects including infrastructure, residential, energy and environmental schemes. The Senior Ecologist will lead surveys, undertake EcIAs and HRAs, design mitigation strategies, manage fieldwork, and provide expert advice to clients and multidisciplinary teams. You'll also mentor junior staff and contribute to Biodiversity Net Gain initiatives.

Requirements:
- Experience working as a Senior Ecologist within consultancy

- Full right to work in the UK
- Must live in or near the Newcastle office
