A specialist geotechnical and geoenvironmental consultancy based near Basingstoke are seeking an eager Geo-Environmental and/or Geotechnical Engineer to join their team on a variety of new projects across the South East. The company is equipped with over 15 years of expertise and a specialist team of approximately 12 consultants to support you in your career development and progression through the company.

The Geoenvironmental and Geotechnical Engineer selected will be provided with:

As a Geoenvironmental / Geotechnical Engineer you'll be carrying out site investigations, ground water and gas monitoring, soil sampling, contaminated land risk assessments and completing Phase 1 Desktop Studies as well as factual and interpretive report writing. Engineers will be required to liaise closely with clients and train junior members of the team.

Therefore, the Geoenvironmental and Geotechnical Engineer successful in their application will:

  • Have experience as a geotechnical/geoenvironmental engineer or consultant, with a competency to hit the ground running on site.
  • Have a degree in geology, geoscience, environmental engineering, environmental science or earth science.
  • You must hold a clean and valid UK Driving licence.
  • Live near to Basingstoke.
  • A full right to work in the UK is also essential.

This is a permanent role.
