The successful Town Planner will be working within a friendly and professional team, delivering expert planning advice to their clients on residential, commercial and retail developments.
Qualifications and experience:
- BSc / MSc in an appropriate planning discipline
- Chartered Membership to the RTPI
- A minimum of two years' planning experience, preferably within a consultancy environment
Duties:
- Preparing planning applications and appeals for a variety of developments
- Completing survey work
- Mentoring junior members of the team
- Liaising with clients, developers and local authorities
