This is a senior opportunity for an experienced geotechnical professional looking to take on greater technical, commercial and leadership responsibility. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading geotechnical projects, developing client relationships and supporting the continued growth of the geotechnical team. The Role Lead and manage a varied portfolio of geotechnical projects from feasibility through to delivery. Provide senior technical input across ground investigation, foundations, earthworks, slopes and geotechnical design. Undertake and review geotechnical assessments, interpret ground investigation data and provide technical recommendations. Lead and mentor a team of engineers and consultants. Manage project budgets, programmes and resources. Liaise directly with clients, contractors and other engineering disciplines. Prepare and review technical reports, specifications and design documentation. Support business development, fee proposals and client relationship management.
