The role:
- Managing projects from concept through to completion across a range of sectors
- Leading both design coordination and technical delivery phases
- Building and maintaining strong client and consultant relationships
- Preparing and reviewing technical documentation, drawings and specifications
- Delivering presentations and project updates to clients and stakeholders
- Supporting team development and mentoring junior staff members
- Ensuring projects are delivered to a high design and technical standard throughout all RIBA stages
Requirements for the Associate Architect role:
- ARB registered Architect with significant post-Part III industry experience
- Proven experience working across all RIBA work stages
- Strong technical expertise and knowledge of UK Building Regulations
- Demonstrated leadership and project coordination skills
- Proficient in Revit with strong technical detailing ability
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Commercial awareness with a motivated and professional approach
