Penguin Recruitment are pleased to be supporting a close-knit multidisciplinary consultancy in their hire of an ambitious and experienced Assistant Town Planner. Working closely with experienced colleagues in both the Planning and Land teams, you'll support the strategic promotion of land and assist in identifying potential development sites. You'll be involved in both the strategic planning and development management processes, gaining exposure to a wide variety of work from early-stage site appraisals to the submission of planning applications.
