We're partnering with a highly regarded, UK-wide property and construction consultancy to recruit an Assistant Development Surveyor to join their Planning & Development division.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support senior team members in development and planning consultancy work.
  • Assist with feasibility studies, site appraisals and development valuations.
  • Contribute to planning strategy and due diligence reports.

  • Help deliver client-facing outputs that maximise asset value and mitigate risk.
