The Role
- Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG264 guidance
- Survey a range of commercial, industrial, and domestic properties
- Identify and assess asbestos containing materials
- Produce accurate and compliant asbestos survey reports
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Ensure all work complies with current legislation and HSE guidance
Requirements
- BOHS P402 qualification (or equivalent)
- Previous experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor within a UKAS accredited consultancy
- Strong knowledge of asbestos legislation and guidance
- Good report writing and communication skills
- Ability to manage workload independently
- Full UK driving licence
