An established asbestos consultancy is looking to recruit an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to cover the North West, primarily Manchester and Liverpool, with occasional work in the West Midlands. You'll be stepping into an existing, well-established workload with strong continuity and support. The work is entirely commercial, covering schools, hospitals, and large healthcare buildings, offering consistency and technically interesting projects.
What’s on Offer:
- £35,000 - £39,000 salary (depending on experience)

- 4 days on site / 1 admin day at home (your choice)

The Role:
- Carrying out Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG264
- Working across schools, hospitals, and commercial healthcare sites
- Producing clear, accurate asbestos survey reports
- Managing your own workload with autonomy and support
- Ensuring all work complies with current legislation and HSE guidance
Requirements:
- BOHS P402 (or equivalent)
- Experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor
- Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and compliance
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
- Full UK driving licence
