We’re looking for an experienced asbestos dual skilled consultant to join our growing team in the Newcastle/North East area. This role is perfect for someone trained as both an asbestos surveyor analyst, ready to deliver high-quality work across a variety of environments. You’ll carry out a mix of surveying and analytical duties, including management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys, as well as four‑stage clearances and air monitoring (background, reassurance, and personal testing). Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct asbestos surveys in line with HSG:264
- Perform air monitoring and four‑stage clearances
- Record data using mobile software systems
- Communicate with clients and provide expert advice

Requirements:
- BOHS P402, P403, and P404 (or RSPH equivalent)
- Experience as an asbestos dual skilled consultant
- Knowledge of UK asbestos legislation
- Full UK driving licence
