Requirements for an Asbestos Surveyor:
- You must hold the relevant asbestos surveyor certifications (BOHS P402) along with a minimum of 6 months field experience.
- A full UK driving license.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Broad knowledge of HSG264.
- Flexibility to commute and complete any out of hours work which will be required.
As an Asbestos Surveyor you will be involved in:
- Conducting Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys on a wide range of properties in the domestic, commercial, and industrial sectors.
- Compiling comprehensive reports to be sent to clients.
- Ensuring all work carried out is to UKAS standards and in line with HSG:264.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
