Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor (P402)
Location: Exeter / Southwest Focus (with Nationwide Travel)
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 + 10% Annual Bonus

A thriving Southern‑based consultancy is seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to support a growing number of contracts across Exeter and the wider Southwest. While domestic properties are a core focus, you\’ll also be involved in commercial and industrial surveys throughout the UK.
You\’ll be joining a skilled and friendly team, currently supporting projects in areas such as Guildford and Kent. This role is ideal for someone confident working independently, willing to travel, and dedicated to maintaining high standards.
Requirements
- BOHS P402 qualified
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Comfortable using Microsoft Teams and general IT systems
- Willing to travel regularly for national projects
Responsibilities
- Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition asbestos surveys
- Ensure compliance with UKAS standards and current legislation
- Maintain personal productivity and meet billing targets
- Support a positive and collaborative team culture
- Take initiative in technical development and professional growth
- Commutable from: Exeter, Exmouth, Newton Abbot, Teignmouth, Dawlish, Crediton, Tiverton, Sidmouth, Honiton, Cullompton, and surrounding areas.
