sbestos Surveyor position available £28,000 – £34,000 Bristol // Southwest Do you want to join a UKAS accredited Multidisciplinary company that has 11 years of experience? My client has around 30 team members that cover a range of disciplines such as fire and safety, water treatment, energy sector and Asbestos Surveying. They are looking to take someone on as an Asbestos Surveyor but then develop you into a multiskilled, dual-trained environmental operator. Most likely starting with getting your EPC and get you trained in Exeter for a week then moving onto becoming a Retrofitter. The majority of their work is on domestic housing in the Southwest and Wales, but they do not expect quantity, they want 4 quality surveys done in a day. Key Duties and Responsibilities for an Asbestos Surveyor: Management, Refurbishment & Demolition Surveys on various sites To be up to date with asbestos legislation, guidance and industry best practice including UKAS accreditation and quality management arrangements To take personal responsibility for maintaining technical expertise and an awareness of current issues in the sector To take personal responsibility to meet own billing and productivity targets To ensure that the culture of the company is one that is honest and open and values everyone\’s opinions and contributions To contribute to a culture that is positive about the company To contribute to a culture that enables PCL to be a learning organisation open to challenge and changeRequired Qualifications to apply (Asbestos Surveyor): BHOS P402 qualified Full UK driving license Confident knowledge with IT and TEAMSCommutable locations: Bath, Cardiff, Gloucester Please get in contact with me if you are wanting to know anymore about the position.
