Our client is recruiting an experienced asbestos surveyor to become a part of their multi-disciplinary consultancy due to their successful growth and contract wins over the recent months. They are looking for an asbestos surveyor in and around the London area to work on various sites. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and evaluating asbestos-containing materials during site surveys for management, refurbishment, and demolition projects.
  • Meeting deadlines, ensuring client satisfaction, and working collaboratively in a team or independently with enthusiasm.
  • Adherence to UKAS legislation and industry guidelines.

Required Experience:

  • BOHS P402 Qualification (Additional qualifications welcome).
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as an asbestos surveyor (Trainee roles are also available).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in IT and software, including Microsoft Teams.
