A long-established asbestos consultancy with over 30 years' industry experience is looking to recruit an experienced Asbestos Analyst to support projects across East Yorkshire and the surrounding region. The business has built a strong national reputation for technical standards, long-term client relationships, and properly supporting its site teams. Workloads are consistent, expectations are realistic, and quality remains the priority.

The Role

  • Carrying out the full range of asbestos analytical duties
  • Air monitoring, leak testing, reassurance testing, and four-stage clearances
  • Working across commercial, industrial, and public sector sites
  • Liaising with removal contractors, site managers, and clients
  • Completing bulk sampling where required
  • Producing accurate, compliant documentation in line with HSG248 and HSG264
  • Supporting survey teams with management and R&D surveys when necessary
  • Managing your own workload with autonomy and professionalism

Requirements

  • BOHS P403 & P404 (essential)
  • BOHS P402 desirable
  • Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience as an Asbestos Analyst
  • Strong knowledge of HSG248 and HSG264
  • Confident communicator with solid report-writing skills
  • IT confident and detail-oriented
  • Full UK driving licence
