They operate across a mixture of sites, commercial and domestic. Some contracts they have are at St. Georges Hospitals and Camden Housing Association. They offer overtime on the weekend, time and a half and door to door!
Responsibilities of an Asbestos Analyst:
- Maintain stringent health and safety protocols.
- Compile data and generate comprehensive reports as needed.
- Conduct air monitoring and stage 4 clearance testing across diverse buildings.
- Undertake various surveys including management, demolition, and refurbishment on different sites.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications (P403 and P404).
- Thorough understanding of Asbestos health and safety legislation.
- Minimum one-year experience in the Asbestos industry.
- Valid UK driving license.
- Strong communication skills for client, contractor, and public interactions.
- Flexible schedule and willingness to travel as needed.
- Proficiency in IT and numerical skills.
