Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist:
- Work alongside a multidisciplined design team and provide technical design solutions to the project
- Produce technical packages from conception through to completion
- Submit planning and building regulation applications
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality and compliance is met
- Provide architectural design services and project management to commercial projects
Requirements for the role of Architectural Technologist:
- Degree within Architectural Technology
- Relevant post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
- Proficient with Revit
- CIAT qualified
- Experience working on projects within the commercial sector
- Working knowledge of UK building regulations
- Strong technical and design skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
