Architectural Technician/ Technologist (Intermediate- Senior level) Reference: KDCANT735 Location: Canterbury Salary: £32,000 Upward dependant on experience I am pleased to be supporting a multi-award winning and RIBA Chartered practice based in Canterbury, who work across a diverse range of projects inclusive of the Education, Sports, Master Planning, Student Accommodation, Resi and many more sectors. Revit and AutoCAD is used in practice, so this experience would be preferred, This role is open to both Intermediate through to Senior level technical candidates, who have sufficient post qualification experience, working on relevant projects. Alongside a competitive salary, you will also receive mentoring, weekly CPD’s and fun social events. Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician/ Technologist: Architectural Technology degree or equivalent. Excellent technical capabilities shown throughout your portfolio. Able to lead a small team if Senior level. Complete work to a high standard within given time frames. Good understanding of the UK building regulations and planning policies. Work along side the current Senior team across all relevant stages on projects. Experience in the sectors as listed above.
