Duties
- Manage and deliver various projects from inception through to completion
- Carry out site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance and high quality
- Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
- Attend and carry out client meetings
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and other members of a multidisciplinary team to build and maintain strong client relationships
Skills and experience
- Degree within architectural technology
- Relevant post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
- Proficiency with Revit
- Experience working on projects across various sectors or sectors specialist experience
- Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Sheffield area
