- Deliver industrial projects from inception through to completion
- Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
- Carry out site visits to ensure technical compliance and high quality is achieved
- Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors to build strong working relationships and ensure successful project delivery
Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:
- Relevant degree within Architectural Technology
- Strong post qualification experience as an Architectural Technician within a UK practice
- Proficiency with Revit
- Experience working on industrial projects is desirable
- Working knowledge of UK building regulations
- CIAT membership or working towards chartership
