This is an exciting opportunity to join a multidisciplined RIBA chartered practice who provide expert design services to the residential, retail, leisure, industrial, and commercial sectors. They are on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Architectural Technician to join their team in their Leeds studio.

Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver on a range of projects from inception through to completion
- Prepare and submit UK building regulation and planning applications
- Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors, building and maintain strong working relationships
- Attend site visits and ensure technical compliance of projects
- Produce detailed drawing packages using Revit
Qualifications
- Degree within Architectural Technology
- Strong post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
- Proficiency with Revit
- Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations
- Experience working on large-scale projects across various sectors
- Excellent technical and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
