A high-end design studio based in Henley-on-Thames is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Technician to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic studio known for delivering beautifully crafted residential and listed-building projects with a strong design focus.

Responsibilities:
- Produce detailed and accurate technical drawings for tender and construction stages
- Prepare full drawing packages including plans, sections, elevations, and joinery details
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers and consultants to ensure feasibility and accuracy
- Conduct site visits and surveys, providing technical input where required
- Ensure all drawings comply with relevant building regulations and health and safety standards
- Collaborate with the design team to resolve design and technical challenges
Requirements:
- HND/HNC or a degree in Architectural Technology
- Proven experience as an Architectural Technician within the high-end residential or listed building projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Vectorworks is beneficial
- Strong understanding of UK building regulations and construction detailing
- Excellent technical drawing skills with a keen eye for accuracy and quality
- Able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
