An established and growing design studio is looking to welcome an experienced architectural professional to its collaborative team. Working across a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, placemaking and interior projects, the practice prides itself on delivering creative, practical design solutions from concept through to completion. Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality design and technical drawing packages using Vectorworks
- Assist in the development of projects from concept through to completion
- Prepare planning, building regulations and construction information
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and wider project teams
- Attend site visits, surveys, and project meetings
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, budget, and quality standards
- Support senior team members in the delivery of multiple live projects
- Contribute creative ideas and technical solutions throughout the design process
Ideal Candidate
- 3-5 years' experience within a UK-based architectural practice
- Applications welcomed from Architectural Assistants, Architectural Technicians, Architectural Technologists or Architects
- Strong technical knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methods
- Proficiency in Vectorworks would be advantageous, but training can be provided
- Experience producing planning, tender and construction drawing packages
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Able to manage workload effectively and work both independently and as part of a team
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality design work
